  • I have a Flamingo card and trying to add money to my $6 balance. However, I'm a message, "Error occurred while processing your order" and my card is not being charged the $14. I need a call back as soon as possible.
  • I am trying to add additional funds to my virtual card, but it keeps asking me to enter a promo code.
  • I went to MTC on 4/4/24 and I got this Flamingo card/Loaded with $18.00.. My child used it only for 2 days on 4/9/24 and 4/14/24 and is telling me that already have 0 Balance. I called and I went online and can see both transactions ..They gave me a receipt at MTC but I am unsure where it is, maybe in my purse. I don't understand what's going on. Need your help
  • I want to transfer the funds from my virtual card onto a physical card.
  • It was a lady with four kids and they had to use the bathroom but it did not open until 7 am. I do not think that is fair, if they can sell tickets at 6 am then they can have someone at the restroom at 6 am also. The lady had to take her child across the street to use the bathroom squatting somewhere because the bathroom was not open. Route 275 was coming and the maintenance man came late so I was not going to miss my bus and wait a whole hour I held myself until I got to my stop which was an hour away to use the restroom.
  • I am a Hartplus user, and I have a concern about something that has been happening to me lately. When I make my reservations for HARTPlus they are sending me to YC Services. But due to my hip surgery, it is very difficult for me to get into their cars. Today they sent me YC and the driver was not very happy to have to help me get into his car. And I wasn't very comfortable for myself either. I can't get into a car easily. Please help me.

    The driver, he/ she/it name of Donald was very rude to all individuals on the trolley ride from stop 6 to 1. This driver refused to let us open the windows, in fact, I did since I thought I was going to faint- this driver - stopped the trolley - got off the trolley to come
