    I have a Flamingo card and trying to add money to my $6 balance. However, I'm a message, "Error occurred while processing your order" and my card is not being charged the $14. I need a call back as soon as possible.
  • my old credit card on file has expired and I am trying to add a new one but each time I try it gives me an error. I have tried different cards. I have no way to add money to my Flamingo account.

    The driver, he/ she/it name of Donald was very rude to all individuals on the trolley ride from stop 6 to 1. This driver refused to let us open the windows, in fact, I did since I thought I was going to faint- this driver - stopped the trolley - got off the trolley to come
