Multiple dogs barking all day

White Buick sedan constantly pulling up blasting music to the point I can hear over my tv

There dog is outside barking at all hours of the night!

THE DOG IS BARKING AGAIN ITS 12:04AM!!!

For months, the apartment unit directly above has continuously blared loud music between the hours of midnight and 4 in the morning without reason.

Dogs constantly barking and all 3 large dogs hop there backyard fence. They don't let them in when they bark and sometimes when the dogs get out, they roam the neighborhood for a bit.

Some sort of get together going on. Loud yelling and chanting playing a game. They just started about a half hour ago so lord knows they'll keep going well into the night if they don't get a warning. This is a chronic issue that happens 2-3 nights per week. I think this is the 5th complaint I've made in a month.
It's a house inhabited by college guys. There's always alcohol cans on the porch and I am almost certain there's at least 2 college kids living in that house under the age of 21.
