White Chev. pick-up with trashed swamp cooler in box

This vehicle has been reported twice before but I lost the first report. Vehicle has low tires now with debris and spider webs under the vehicle and a major oil leak under the vehicle about four feet in diameter. Vehicle also has expired plates. Once again with no efforts from law enforcement to do anything about this unit.

There are multiple non-running vehicles parked in the street. They have not moved for months. There is also a broken down camping trailer in the driveway that has not moved in over a year. The cars hoods are sometimes open with battery chargers attached to them. I have never heard them turn on or run and they are always parked in the same places. Sometimes it will look like people are doing mechanical work on the vehicles or other vehicles that show up. Frequently when "mechanical" work is being done on a vehicle it will be parked horizontally (not facing driving direction) blocking the entire street. Not only is it an eye-sore that decreases the property value of our entire street but there are many children that live on the street. This is a residential zoning violation (junk cars parked in the street, junk cars parked on the property, mechanical work being performed that blocks traffic on a residential street).

Vehicle has been parked in the cul-de-sac and not moved for several months. The registration expires this month, September 2106.

Maroon pickup truck on Rolling Hills at Northeast entrance to Overlook Apartments. Makes it impossible to see traffic coming as you exit apartment complex parking lot. Parked too close to driveway.

This car hasn't moved in 90 days. It is in the way.

vehicle hasn't been moved in years, ignored notice from HOA to remove, flat tires, street repairs are done "around" the vehicle, biodegrading interior, hasn't been registered in years. please help.

Green Hundai, no plates has been park in culture de sacred for two weeks. APD tagged it on 8/11/16.
