City of Albuquerque - PeopleSoft PLUS

Very long white trailer hooked up to white pick up truck parked on street for more than a week now. Trailer is booted by owner to prevent theft.

Broken sidewalk

Sidewalk tripping hazard in at least two locations.

Some people have been living in this grey van for many months that is parked at the Barelas Community Center on 7th Street SW. The van has no license plate and never moves. It is right by the tennis courts. Please send someone to investigate.

A brown RV has been moving around the Tijeras/Mulberry/Copper/Cedar block for months. It is currently parked on Tijeras Ave. It is unclear if the vehicle is abandoned or being lived in. Neighbors would like it booted and/or removed from the neighborhood.

Unsafe building access at Camino Real Apartments. A 'ramp' has been created by building management for an elderly couple to use. The old man holds on to the fence as he struggles up and down on this 'path' with his cane to access the parking lot. The ramp exits to a parking lot entrance where vehicles enter the lot at speed. The ramp is not maintained for snow and ice removal, has no hand rails and is not at grade. I am concerned that one of these people will be harmed and that the building has created an hazardous condition. I don't want my children to see one of these old people harmed and don't want to confront building management. Are there city codes that can be cited to either move these people to safety or provide safe access to their vehicle and the sidewalk? He has already fallen here once resulting in a 911 call.

Buckled sidewalks

Driving NB on Coors By Pass, north of light at Coors, there are several buckled sidewalks as far north as 7Bar. (I counted 4 for sure, but I was driving, so maybe there's more!)
These are buckled enough to be a real danger to peds or cyclists.

No hot water for the fifth day.
the inspection for the gas to be turned on by the city has been postponed by the landlord because of an illegal event they are having today. no certificate of occupancy, not up to code, no business license. and as a result no hot water because they are scared of the inspection shutting down there event space. please help.
