When south bound traffic has the Green arrow the only way to go is west on Marquette, one way. Traffic from under ground Plaza parking North to West bound also has the green light. Drivers from under ground parking speed West on Green crossing over to catch 5th street North. We've all most been hit twice this summer turing on the green light. Please reevaluate the traffic light configuration at this intersection. Thank you -
