Police (Non-Emergency)تم إقراره137 Myrtle St Manchester NH 03104, United States - ManchesterThis vehicle has been sitting here since the end of January. It no longer runs and the lady just lets it sit here. It has leaked all its fluids out onto the pavement. It is taking up parking spaces that are needed. The car is dangerous to be on the streets. Also hasn't been inspected in years. The city parking people told us all who complain to contact the police about it. The city has put multiple orange stickers on it for it to be moved and she just rips them off and leaves the car there because the motor is blown.
Please tow the thing mm -

Police (Non-Emergency)تم إقراره15 Country Club Dr Manchester NH 03102, United States - ManchesterBuilding 15 Apt 6 has a dog that barks for hours on end every single day. I have left them 2 notes, reached out to our maintenance office multiple times and had them contact the owners and nothing has changed. The sound of the dog barking is clear as day in all surrounding apartments and the owners have done nothing to fix this. Very little help from the maintenance team here as well.

Police (Non-Emergency)تم إقرارهNorth End Manchester, NH, USA - ManchesterPeople have been playing excessively loud music from this beach on the Merrimack river near 388 Elgin Ave, Manchester NH, multiple times a week the whole summer. The noise level, frequency and hours of the loud music, have been very disruptive and it has become difficult for neighbors on both sides of the river to maintain a peaceful living environment. The owner of the beach and 388 Elgin Ave, is Steven Musial. We kindly asked him to turn the music down but he refused. Many of the neighbors have called and made complaints to the police department but as soon as the police leave they turn the music up again. We are asking the police department to take this situation to the next level and start handing out fines.
