Old man in bright yellow hivis jacket white long hair brings his dog to the park and refuses to pick up it's poop Usually early morning around 630 and throughout day and early evening before 645pm Multiple people have asked him to pickup his dogs poop but he continues to do it on purpose He also spits huge globs on the park sidewalks We believe he now is doing this to further aggravate the neighborhood members who have asked him to stop and pickup after his dog

Every 8-10min large tube fireworks He does this every holiday into trees and roofs of nearby homes and never any police response even with prior calls Always drunk and shirtless
