City of Manchester - Police PLUS

Overgrown shrubs and plants blocking view when turning left onto Mammoth Rd from Smyth Ln. Very dangerous. Have to creep out almost halfway into mammoth Rd just to see if cars are coming. Plants are at least 5-6 ft tall if not taller. Owners need to cut it back immediately

Water is coming from our neighbors backyard and running into our driveway. It then freezes and creates a huge safety concern. The photo was taken less than 24hours after removing the bulk of the ice.

This is a 2 lane street but there is a fence and vehicles who block one side of the street. Garage parking on that street is busy. 2 lanes needed. Brady Sullivan owns the building behind truck, snow cleaning horrendous every year with constant construction going on without any signs or proper traffic assistance

Property owner constantly open burns. Smokes out entire neighborhood. COPD patient cannot breathe. Cannot open windows due to excessive smoke burns day and night year round.

Obstructing sidewalk path

there is an infestation of rats on hudson street. this could lead to a community health concern. some neighbors have started putting of rat traps and have caught about 10 so far, but they are not decreasing the amount that we see. is there something that the city can do to help eliminate these disease carrying rodents? Thank you!

Trash all over edge of property against fence on both sides

The property hasn't been shoveled or plowed all season and is a sheet of ice making leaving the house for anything extremely dangerous

The retaining wall for northwest elementary playground has been in this condition for 2 years now. I have watched the city plow in the winter and believe it is partly the cause. Nonetheless these blocks are loose and visibly hanging. Because of how high they are could fall on a child's head, adults foot etc. n
