The people that live in this house light off fireworks EVERY 4th of July for several days and had several going off last night for NYE. These are not just small bottle rockets or firecrackers, these are BIG full spectrum display fireworks that are at town shows. We live in a very compact neighborhood and not only is it illegal, but it is VERY DANGEROUS! We have tried to speak to him but he refuses to stop. Our property has been covered in debris and cinder from these fireworks. I am a disabled veteran and tired of being triggered on a regular basis because this guy loves his big fireworks. Please help.

Today about 11:45am neibors and I heard very large explosion, bigger than any firework. it reminded me of security video I got from 11-10-2025 when two males dropped a bomb in a neibors trash bin which shook their house and left the lid on the roof. that wasn't reported. here are phone-pics of 4K video on monitor. Perhaps MPD is looking for bomber and this will help. if MPD wishes, I'll drop off a card with video at Valley St. window. Just call or text and ask me, and I'll drop it off. Thank You.

Hanover St is turning into a skid row in front of our eyes. Trash is everywhere. It's a good thing the City is spending an extra $500k per year to keep downtown clean Drug use, break ins, robberies are a daily occurrence.

Tenants are displaying a sign of the fence claiming this is a driveway, even though there is no real entrance or break in the sidewalk. They are calling the cops and having cars, that are legally parked on the street here, towed. There is no sign on the street stating it is a driveway. The tenants are driving over the sidewalk to park the cars in their yard and claiming it is a driveway just because it is paved.

I am submitting a complaint regarding ongoing unsanitary and unsafe conditions at my apartment complex located at the edge, 303 Dunbar street Manchester NH 03103

There is a persistent issue with dog waste throughout the property that is not being cleaned up. Trash is frequently left outside buildings and in common areas, and residents are leaving personal items in hallways. These conditions create health concerns, unpleasant living conditions, and potential fire and safety hazards in shared spaces.

Additionally, the on-site dog spa area is consistently unclean. It is frequently left with excessive dog hair, dirt, and residue from previous use, and it does not appear to be properly maintained or sanitized between uses. This creates further sanitation concerns for residents and their pets.

These issues have been ongoing for several months. Although the leasing office occasionally sends reminder emails to residents, no meaningful corrective action appears to be taken, and the property conditions continue to deteriorate.

The accumulation of waste and obstruction of common areas is affecting residents’ ability to safely and reasonably enjoy the property. I am requesting that the City inspect the premises and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and property maintenance standards.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Property has at least 4 broken down unregistered vehicles in driveway and possibly a box truck in the back yard. You're allowed one unregistered vehicle on your property. House seems to be running some type of car business as they are often "fixing" cars in the road!

A neighbor has been using a plot of land between our properties for what looks like a fire wood business. I've spoken with the land owner (other neighbor) and he has asked him to stop but my other neighbor continues. He runs a log splitter, leaf blower, chainsaws, and his tractor many hours during the days. He also has his 4-5 dogs off leash out in this land while working with him. Many other neighbors have asked him to stop yet he continues. It has become a real problem in the neighborhood. That land owner is an older gentleman who has recently lost his wife and I am trying to do what I can to help him as well as the rest of the neighborhood. Can the city step in to help here at all? On the city maps it also appears he is using part of an old paper street for this work.

My neighbors just brought home a Goat. They were dragging it up the driveway as it was screaming. After I confronted them, they hog tied it and threw it in the back of the pickup truck and took off. Animal cruelty? Farm Animals illegal in th city? Are they killing it for food? They have been building unauthorized spaces in their 2 family for months with no building permits. 17 cars on the block belonging going to that house. They are from the Congo and are housing all their family members and are a constant nuisance to the neighborhood.e
