Obnoxious people Kids always yelling and running wild Trash everywhere in the neighborhood People are moving bc they're a so obnoxious Please help

This car has a red registration sticker 2025 (not registered) hasn’t moved but then randomly pulls up 2 feet blocking two spots now.
This is getting very old please look into this truck it is very suspicious it's been here for two weeks and still has snow on it and is not registered according to sticker which to my knowledge should not be parked on the public street unregistered and they haven't moved for the snow but they did miss the tow trucks the night the police and tow truck came 2 maybe 3 weeks ago, so it's been here since literally that night or the day tight after that. It is a nuisance for neighbors and people parking to enjoy the cafe in the morning and get coffee and food.

People living in their vehicles and camping in front of my property at 15 High Street They are using flower beds inside my parking lot to poop and leaving toilet tissue They are dumping trash on my property constantly I'm cleaning up after these people daily They sit on my step and tie their dog to my front banister

Car alarm(horn) goes off randomly all day and night for 20 seconds or so then stops, been going on for months, at least 10 times a day from what I noticed

Parked my BMWX3 at local restaurant (Puerto Vallarta) it was reported to us that a vehicle struck our parked vehicle on the passenger side bumper and then drove away. Robert Matteau witnessed a sliver hatch back with tinted windows back into our vehicle. The result of the hit and run was a minimal damage to the front bumper. We would like to report this accident to receive insurance information from the culprit and or reimbursement for damages.

We been having cars going 50+ down our road almost everyday there are alot of Kids in this neighborhood that play. This is very dangerous and need to stop before someone get hurt or killed by this

cars are not stopping for a red light exiting 293 to granite (inbound) multiple vehicles blow through the light every morning which also seems to be a systemic issue across the city.

The people who live here let their pit bull out unattended. No leash, no cable tie. Last year, I had to put my dogs up on trash bags and spray it with a citronella deterrent.

This Friday (the 29th) they were having a party. Someone opened their front door, the pit bull ran out and charged my dogs. I told them loud and clear that I was going to pepper spray their dog. No one there took a single step to contain the dog or stop it in any way. So, I pepper sprayed it.

The only thing these people did was laugh. Both at their dog being pepper sprayed ? And at me being angry in general? I don't know. This dog is dangerous and so are its owners. It is obviously in the wrong hands. It is my sincerest hope that no adult, child or pet is harmed in any way because of the lack of concern and consideration of their fellow neighbors.

This is simply to put on record that this has happened so should there be future incidents with this dog it will already be on file. Thank you very much.

Homeless (or somebody) appears to be accumulating stuff behind the prior concession stand. Garbage is showing up, possibly to take apart and scrap.
