Police (Non-Emergency)Acknowledged6 Eaton St Manchester NH 03109, United States - ManchesterNext to the back of Hanafords is a bunch of tractor trailers that are being demolished. Trash debris and now some new "neighbors" have been settling in. This guy wondering around taking a wee in broad daylight. Bunch of unsavory behavior in the lots back there. Might wanna take a spin through and move along some people settling in that lot with the trash. It's clear as day from the walking path. I noticed a new car is now camping back there too. This is also a health issue whoever is demolishing these tt units are just scattering trash everywhere.

equesting enforcement of unsafe and illegal pedestrian crossing and bike ridin behavior.
NH RSA and/or city ordinance make illegal both riding bicycles on sidewalks (endangers the cyclist and pedestrians alike), and also makes illegal pedestrian crossing outside of marked crosswalks (endangers the pedestrians and road users alike). Cars do not stop for people to crosswalk from 5pm to 6pm

Police (Non-Emergency)Acknowledged1-3 Donald St Manchester, NH, 03102, USA - Manchester
Intersection is still a major issues. Students and families walking home from Parker Varney have almost been hit by drivers not paying attention. It's been almost a month since the other post, nothing has been done.
Cars are barely slowing down when they arrive to the end of Donald, and if they don't see any cars coming they blow right through the stop sign.
Please address this.

Police (Non-Emergency)Acknowledged345 Youville St Manchester NH 03102, United States - ManchesterHomeowner lets dog out daily unleashed to go to the bathroom out if the front door. The dog leaves the owners property crosses the street and goes poop and pee on the school property and sidewalk every day. The owner doesn't even stand outside with the dog, they watch from inside. This home has a fenced in backyard. This is unacceptable to not pick up after your dog knowing this is happening daily. Further this is a safety issue for the dog. Animal control please speak with the owner. I have video as well.

Police (Non-Emergency)AcknowledgedKaratzas Ave Manchester, NH, 03104, USA - ManchesterResidents of Karatzas Ave putting cars on the street for snow removal in lot BEFORE the storm even starts and they will remain for the entire storm. Street is no parking. Plows cannot plow the hill properly so it causes unsafe roads. This happens EVERY storm and these cars are NEVER removed. I’ve been here 17 years watching this before, during and days after snow storms/emergencies.
