City of Manchester - Police PLUS

People are constantly running this 3 way stop I almost got hit by someone going like 30 mph right through the intersection ! No one stops here and people are always walking their dogs It's very dangerous!!

women walking in the road stopping cars most likely prostitution. high school kids walk by here while this happens.

This vehicle has been sitting here since the end of January. It no longer runs and the lady just lets it sit here. It has leaked all its fluids out onto the pavement. It is taking up parking spaces that are needed. The car is dangerous to be on the streets. Also hasn't been inspected in years. The city parking people told us all who complain to contact the police about it. The city has put multiple orange stickers on it for it to be moved and she just rips them off and leaves the car there because the motor is blown.

Somebody abandoned a turquoise and white puffy bicycle by our dumpster, at the corner of Candia Road and Proctor Road where the three-story brick apartment condo is perhaps it was a resident but I know sometimes people steal bicycles and leave them in places so just FYI

Officer Coughlin is an officer with your department. He is extremely rude, aggressive, and inappropriate in the way he spoke to me and my boyfriend at this location. We are both adults, not some kids messing around at Walmart, just shopping. My boyfriend is clumsy and bumped our cart into one of the shelves. Nothing broke, nothing fell off the shelf, it simply made a noise. Officer Coughlin screamed from about 20 feet away that we needed to “knock it off or he would kick us out because this is the second time we’ve done this.” We had not even been in the isle before and had not “done this twice already”. He was screaming at us and threatening to kick us out for a simple mistake, and when I stated that this had not in fact happened before and it was an accident, he continued to yell and argue. Officer Coughlin is obnoxious, aggressive, and out of line. He needs better training.

dead van. parked on ODD side of street. hasnt moved in a week. Man and dog live in it. Man leaves dog poop everywhere.

57 Harrison Street yellow house dog excessively barking all day every dsy Sunday 8/24 started barking at 7:15 am continuing periodically all day until after 9pm Monday 8/25 6:32 am woken up again by dog barking extremely loud please do something to address this.

Homeless (or somebody) appears to be accumulating stuff behind the prior concession stand. Garbage is showing up, possibly to take apart and scrap.

Traffic patrol for speeding needed on Blodgett Street, especially between 2 PM and 3:30 PM. A lot of kids live around here and cars going way too fast for the area please put in a speed limit sign.
