I have spoken to the owner of the property and they do not have permission to be there. Most recently this started before 5PM on a Monday when traffic is high and businesses are operating.

The Transportation unit quickly flicked on their emergency lights, went around the white sedan in front of them, through the red light and then immediately turned off the emergency lights. I’m asking again for a supervisor to speak with their officers about proper use of Police equipment.

Blocking stair access and all along Concord St. We have cleaned up after them, removed them and it's still multiplying. The stairs are clearly posted no loitering. The Library employees park in the lot and are forced to walk around them. Can we please send Community Policing down to the lot and talk to these folks.

Primarily Bremer street. Every snow storm they are flying around, blowing through intersections, doing donuts, riding on sidewalks, etc. Do not close this without actually finding these people and putting an end to it..
