    Reported to MPD Non Emergency. This is proof of my earlier report about this is what happens every Friday and Saturday at this location. My earlier report should probably be reopened so you can do the street comparison I suggested. These guys need to be ticketed or towed. They have no respect for law until the have to pay tickets or to spring their cars from the impound lot.

    Requesting enforcement of unsafe and illegal pedestrian crossing and bike ridin behavior.

    NH RSA and/or city ordinance make illegal both riding bicycles on sidewalks (endangers the cyclist and pedestrians alike), and also makes illegal pedestrian crossing outside of marked crosswalks (endangers the pedestrians and road users alike).

    Also, it would also be great to see permanent year-round signage at the downtown Elm St crosswalks, please!,e.

    I’d like to use the trails, but want to confirm that I would not be breaking any regulations.

    This would of course be within reasonable speed, like what a bike would do, i.e. <10 MPH. i?
