City of Manchester - Police PLUS

I don't know which department this should be, but the elderly gentleman that lives at 524 Lincoln Street has been putting poison out and it is killing the squirrels and now there is a dead squirrel in his fenced in yard and the smell is horrible.

Owner pushes snow to edge of driveway then it melts down the hill creating a hazard at night due to ice formation. Please ask owner to plow driveway properly to avoid this hazard.

Property next door to us does not secure garage and now garbage is everywhere and there is a raccoon doing even more damage. They allow garbage to continue to pile up outside cans. They don't even try to pick it up.v

Trash containers are overfilling and on the ground, abandoned wheel chair, suitcase, garbage and clothes in several places in the park.

The property hasn't been shoveled or plowed all season and is a sheet of ice making leaving the house for anything extremely dangerous

We live in a nice neighborhood, all of our neighbors are respectful and take care of their yards, except these renters. This is the second year now where the grass is almost 2 feet tall and still no care for the lawn. Last year a notice had to be issued, please address asap, thank you.

Over grown vegetation, broken down car and boat and most recently a rat problem effecting other properties.

Bushes and grass blocking sidewalk Has not been mowed or trimmed .

Has anyone looked to see what's going on in this business? I have never seen anything like this store, clothes piled on the ground high up to my waist, and wire and trash all over the floor very strange for a place of business.
