    I am more and more frightened walking my dog on the sidewalk on River Road. The speeding on this road is reaching a very dangerous level. I am sure the speeds are exceeding 50-60mph in a 30mph zone at times, especially after work. All it will take is for someone to get distracted looking at their phone and they will kill a pedestrian. If it would help prove the seriousness of the problem, I am happy to purchase a speed gun and film the rate of speed some of the cars and pickup trucks are driving on this road and send it to you. Please do something before someone gets hurt.

    Homeowners recently acquired 2 small black dogs. The homeowners let the dogs run in the street daily, multiple times a day, to the point where they have almost been hit by cars on multiple occasions. The dogs defecate all over the neighborhood on surround properties. Neighbors have addressed issues to the homeowners and nothing has changed.

    Can we have an officer come out and direct traffic? The company running the construction has two people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing and keep blocking traffic for no reason. I just sat there for 5 mins although nothing was happening and I could have easily passed through. Please get someone out for the rest of this project, it is not okay for the citizens to have to deal with incompetent construction companies on a regular basis.

    Mobile home parked on dead end of youville st. I believe they are living here. Please take notice as this a residential area with homeless issues. I have found more trash piling up as well in the parking lot from homeless and young adults hanging here after dusk. Police please patrol.
