Again with the big ATVs down here coming on the trail almost running people over and nobody's doing anything about this this is getting sickening I know that some of the dirt bikes live on riddle Street either like 28 or 38 I don't remember the exact address but if you turn on to little Street off of Barney Street it is the third house in on your left for the dirt bikes and I'm sure they know where the dude with the big off-road vehicle that you can drive on the road lives cuz they keep coming down here constantly almost hitting everybody with no care in the world they almost hit me again I'm chucking a rock at him

DRUG DEALERS STILL LIVE HERE. People go in with random bags, stay about 20-30 minutes and leave. The idiots who live here claim to be running an illegal laundry service. Second floor. They have multiple vehicles with varying states plates that they sometimes do mobile deals out of. A

Over the past few weeks (warmer weather more likely), people have been increasingly treating McGregor Street as a speedway, especially at night.

I've also seen an ATV speeding down McGregor later at night (around 11p) without lights on. I've seen this twice, and one of the times they blew right through a red light.

I'm unsure whether it's related, but in this same timeframe, a large number of tire tracks have been showing up along nearby Allard Drive.

In summary, I think this area of McGregor Street near CMC, Rite Aid, and St. Mary's Bank could use some increased enforcement Similarly I think this may be a location where MPD finds great success with increased enforcement (plenty of speeding and I usually see 2-3+ cars without lights on at night too)i,.

Police need to monitor this parking lot. The cars hanging out after park curfew multiple nights in a row. The occupants are huddled over the center console as if they are preparing drugs. Please don't let this continue. Stay vigilant

Fully fledged urban camping setup

There has been an increase in the number of people that are sleeping in their cars overnight in Stark Park. They throw their trash onto the lawn, some of which are needles. Please increase police patrol in this park.

Motorcyclists continue to gather in this lot and the drive across Holt Avenue. I have spoken to the owner of the property and they do not have permission to be there. Most recently this started before 5PM on a Monday when traffic is high and businesses are operating.

Someone shooting a BB gun or paintball gun in Howe park

At 722 this morning I witnessed the Manchester Police Transport unit use their emergency lights to go through a red light. The Transportation unit quickly flicked on their emergency lights, went around the white sedan in front of them, through the red light and then immediately turned off the emergency lights. I’m asking again for a supervisor to speak with their officers about proper use of Police equipment.

White Cadillac SUV almost ran over 2 pedestrians in the crosswalk by 1000 Elm St. What is it going to take for the PD to enforce the crosswalk law - a literal death? We witness someone almost getting hit in the crosswalk almost every day and see 0 police. We've complained to mayor office too and still nothing. h

Daily homeless camp setting up at the Hartnett parking lot. Blocking stair access and all along Concord St. We have cleaned up after them, removed them and it's still multiplying. The stairs are clearly posted no loitering. The Library employees park in the lot and are forced to walk around them. Can we please send Community Policing down to the lot and talk to these folks.
