After I confronted them, they hog tied it and threw it in the back of the pickup truck and took off. Animal cruelty? Farm Animals illegal in th city? Are they killing it for food? They have been building unauthorized spaces in their 2 family for months with no building permits. 17 cars on the block belonging going to that house. They are from the Congo and are housing all their family members and are a constant nuisance to the neighborhood.e
