City of Manchester - Police PIU

For as long as I can remember, this summer there have been cars parked in the DSW / Taco Bell parking lot revving their engines non-stop for 15 or 20 minutes without fail. I know they were removed from the old stop& shop parking lot some time ago. Something else needs to be done about this. They are also often in the memorial high school parking lot. It has become very bothersome.

This baseball field is consistently being used as dog park for unleashed dogs. The owners don't pick up feces afterwards and nh has a leash law. This is not safe for our neighborhood to have unleashed dogs consistently. Police need to deal with this issue please. I should not have to worry about dog attacks

The 293 southbound exit 5 off ramp right turn lanes are posted for "NO TURN ON RED" but consistently, this is very infrequently followed.

The no turn on red sign is placed on the left signal, which presumably makes it arder to miss as a vehicle (why no sign in the median or on overhead traffic signal arm?). Nonetheless, increased enforcement at this location would likely prove very successfult

Traffic flying up Blodgett Street, especially near the crest of oak Street heading towards Belmont Street. Cars cannot see oncoming traffic or pedestrians in the road some sort of sign that says slow or posted 30 speed limits should be placed.

Group of 6 teenage boys vandilizing property. Smashed large white glass/porcelain object on street. Then ran away.

Loud, high bass music blaring most of the day. Vibrating our walls. Can’t even watch tv. Noise is at unit 12.

basketball has 10 cement bricks holding it down in street. this winter city didnt plow good. was not removed from street. accidents daily

Homeless couple has been sleeping at park located between Prospect and Maple. They have been staying overnight at the park for the past week. They are across the street from the nursing home. Just walked by and saw them once again.

**Parking Enforcement says that enforcement of street sweeping is responsibility of MPD, please don't recategorize**

Please ticket/tow vehicles for street sweeping on the even side of Lowell Street today. It was not done yesterday, so a large portion of the street was not cleaned.

I do wish that something can be done with the neighbors dogs. I started hearing them at 3:50 am this morning barking. It is currently 6:15 am and they are still barking. During the day the smell of dog feces and flies are terrible. I hope that someone can go visit them and make them understand the annoyance and irritation they cause.

Drug Activity. Drug deals being made frequently in the lot across the street.
