City of Manchester - Police PIU

This building has been doing mechanical services outside in his back driveway for months, even starts earlier then 5am and goes till past midnight. There oil spilled everywhere all down the alley. It ruins our lawns. So many neighbors have been complaining about this. Please tell them to stop

Human feces in the Hartnett Parking lot next to cars Someone uses the Hartnett lot as a toilet and several times this week I have seen human waste in the lot, usually near library employees cars Today I came out at 5 to find it next to my driver's side door

Multiple dog wastes, some just a couple feet from the pickleball court barrel. Can we stop being so fricken lazy Manchester?

To whom this may concern,
Please have someone making sure people are moving their vehicles. People are constantly not moving for emergency snow removal is it optional or required by all because I don't want to have to move my car but I do because I like having plowed streets with side walks people can walk on safely. If it is optional please let us know because it would save us a lot of time not moving our cars.

Huge dead tree on property fence line of 63 Malvern st , landlord has been notified year after year and continues to ignore it.

Property next door to us does not secure garage and now garbage is everywhere and there is a raccoon doing even more damage. They allow garbage to continue to pile up outside cans. They don't even try to pick it up.v

I don't know which department this should be, but the elderly gentleman that lives at 524 Lincoln Street has been putting poison out and it is killing the squirrels and now there is a dead squirrel in his fenced in yard and the smell is horrible.

Removed old stairs from porch, put up caution tape and had no stairs for a few days. May be attempting to replace stairs ? Do you need a permit for construction like this?
