    Barking/yapping dogs continuously. No one attempts to quiet the 3 of them or brings them in. They use a doggy and door and go in and out at any and all hours barking at whatever moves or passes by. Very loud and incredibly disruptive.

    They have been posting up at the bottom of these stairs all week, but the carts showed up after 10 AM this morning.

    This intersection needs attention from the city to slow down traffic. Cars speed through, do not stop for pedestrians, not all cars stop at the stop sign; the crossing lines need painting, AND, this is a school zone and should have blinking crossing lights on all corners! I've watched car after car just roll on through and not stop. Speed is another factor. :How fast are you going: trailer needs to be parked here. Please pay attention to the heavily trafficked roads that are not in the "pretty neighborhoods."
