City of Manchester - Police PLUS

Blight Owner does not take care of property Broken windows, graffiti, leaking roof into the store (have seen buckets in there before), etc Currently used as motorcycle storage for Hells Angels of NH This property is not maintained and is a blight on Elm St

Can’t the city make businesses clean up their properties The Yee dynasty just gets worse every year and it would be nice not to look at the trash and broken bottles on walks ?

Another tenant in my building has been leaving their dog waste in our yard and around the neighborhood, Wilson/Hayward and surrounding streets for a while. If someone from the city could please come out to speak with them or deal appropriate fines that would be great. I’m sick of asking nicely for adults around here to be adults.

Snow has been piled on the sidewalk in front of 823 Chestnut St. for two years now. The owner of Angela's is the owner of this apartment property. Speaking with him personally has done no good. It is a danger to our Mailman, Angela customers, and the tenants in that apartment building.

I’m not 100% sure if this is the correct category to list this, but was hoping for some advice a house has recently been purchased and being "renovated", and the trash has not been disposed of properly
The entire time it has been being worked on. there were children, taking pieces of glass and breaking them in the street last night, throwing them all over the area in front of the park, there is insulation and other building material blowing all over the road they are working at unethical hours in the evening. I have even found shards of glass and building material on my property and there is trash stuck in the tree at the park from this same house. It looks horrible, but also unsafe.

My neighbors just brought home a Goat. They were dragging it up the driveway as it was screaming. After I confronted them, they hog tied it and threw it in the back of the pickup truck and took off. Animal cruelty? Farm Animals illegal in th city? Are they killing it for food? They have been building unauthorized spaces in their 2 family for months with no building permits. 17 cars on the block belonging going to that house. They are from the Congo and are housing all their family members and are a constant nuisance to the neighborhood.e

This property has 7 vehicles on the yard and 2 in street This is a narrow street on a curve and very difficult to get by once snow has accumulated In street is a large truck which makes it difficult to to go by They are there all day long and for years now So far we had no snow but once it comes it will be difficult to driving

Rental tenants at 38 Everett St have erected a portable basketball hoop on the public sidewalk directly in front of the building, obstructing entrance and egress of tenants in event of fire or other emergency.
