City of Manchester - Police PLUS

My neighbors just brought home a Goat. They were dragging it up the driveway as it was screaming. After I confronted them, they hog tied it and threw it in the back of the pickup truck and took off. Animal cruelty? Farm Animals illegal in th city? Are they killing it for food? They have been building unauthorized spaces in their 2 family for months with no building permits. 17 cars on the block belonging going to that house. They are from the Congo and are housing all their family members and are a constant nuisance to the neighborhood.e

There are 5 children in apartment #1 alone and 4 of them in public schoo
Every child in that building is potentially contributing to the already existing issues MSD has going on
Something needs to be done about this ASAP.

Neighbors half dead rotted tree 1/2 fell down! Thank goodness it was in the middle of night. The rest looks like it’s going to come down too. I’ve watched the owner rarely do upkeep on property and he knows this tree is rotted. The city has had to come out and clean up after him more than once because of trees he lets just fall apart. The last one hit his roof. This one hit my house, fence and sidewalk making serious damage and was clear across our road. A lot of police/fireman and city workers had to come at 230 am .One within the last few years fell into the road and city came and cleaned it. There has been more times. He lets the rest of his trees grow wild without maintenance. Please come check because another branch which is about 50/75 feet looks like it’s about to snap to. The tree is pretty hollow. I’m afraid someone is going to be hurt or worse killed by this tree.

Several places there are human feces in the Harriet parking lot It has not been cleaned up in over a week, and the problem keeps happening The offender had been witnessed by multiple employees This is where we are supposed to park as city employees and it's disgusting that we have to step around human poop every day

This business is treating this area as a junk yard. All of these vehicles are dismantled in some way and are not registered. I don't believe it is zoned for this.

renters from 186 bell continue to dump large items just outside, and continue to fill our(178 bell) bins. this is the 6th or 7th time in the past year. our bins are overflowing with trash that is not from any of our three apartments, and I witnessed the mass dumping yesterday 1/18 midday.

please help. I'm tired of walking past trash that does not get dealt with for months and tenants/neighbors that continue to get away with illegally dumping large bulky items with no consequence whatsoever.

Water is coming from our neighbors backyard and running into our driveway. It then freezes and creates a huge safety concern. The photo was taken less than 24hours after removing the bulk of the ice.

Lots of health and safety concerns that I’ve noticed more and more recently as I go to this laundromat frequently, such as poop and barrels machines not working, causing people to have wet and moldy clothes if they can’t afford another dry. You guys need to have someone doing an inspection there because the floors are tripping hazard also. bost gnhpigthe money

I own AR Workshop Manchester and i received the following message from the owner of Crimson and Clover Florist this morning.
Her husband had to clear two homeless people from my front entrance. There are 2 giant throw up spots, one right outside your steps the other towards the street and there are needle caps everywhere. Troy kicked them out after notifying the police. It’s seriously disgusting.
I am not available to go to the workshop to take pictures. Hoping this can be taken care of before guests see this at my small business.

Property owner constantly open burns. Smokes out entire neighborhood. COPD patient cannot breathe. Cannot open windows due to excessive smoke burns day and night year round.
