City of Manchester - Police PLUS

**Complaint:**

There's a vicious dog aggressively barking and lunging at the fence along the rail trail. There's no owner in sight, and the fence looks like it won't hold much longer. This is a serious safety concern for anyone using the trail. Please address this before someone gets hurt.

Not sure how to report this but the guy at 191 Portsmouth Ave is running a illegal auto repair business out of his garage and has cars up and down both sides of the street people who live the area can’t even park on the street because of it

There are new tenants in this apartment house that are treating Page Street as their personal race track. Loud exhaust, excessive speeding, peeling out. Fast and furious types. Modded vehicles. Neighborhood has children playing, cyclists, people walking their dogs. Dangerous situation.

6:45pm while sitting on our couch we heard a very loud bang as well as several small bangs. Not sure if this is gun shots or fireworks being lit in the area.

Tenant in illegal apartment keeps parking in front of mailbox not allowing USPS to deliver mail to legal residents Have asked multiple times with no response Winter is coming and this will become a bigger issue

Young child not in school during daytime hours, riding bike up & down Youville/Reed canvassing homes. This child has been an issue in the past, disappeared for a year, and is now back. Roaming with same pack of kids that have vandalized homes in the area in the past (kids from 3rd floor 20/200 Reed St). Just hope this child is receiving care at home, going to school, and doesn't fall into the wrong pattern again. An FYI for the neighborhood.

this elderly gentleman loves to drive around here to pick up the prostitutes.

These two females like to stand in the road, laugh and talk loudly trying to pick up "johns" . They start coming early, these were taken around five thirty. When I told them I was calling the police they threatened to burn down the house and destroy vehicles .

Large group of bikers doing wheelie on a public street with multiple other vehicles arounds.This is completely unsafe and reckless behavior when other cars are around.

Isis this type of behavior something that MPD officers are supposed to be stopping?
I was upset to see an MPD cruiser sitting across the intersection from this group tonight, and they did nothing . I would've figured that a large group of loud bikers doing wheelies would be something that warrants a sto. Or, atat least quick a warning flash of the lights and si

Also, I have seen the same (or similar) group doing wheelies in other locations too, including Elm St on multiple occasions. . ren.,e

Cullerot baseball parking lot still a hangout for drug users. Car plates 511 581 using drugs. Let's keep the police on our streets and patrolling this area.

About 100 yds into woods on right side of street if heading towards GOFFSTOWN on Upland street. Large encampment visible from road where new blocks have been installed and no littering sign is visible
