The area around Michael's home depot and PetSmart needs some extra attention there is people sleeping around the businesses people just hanging out in cars all hours of the night and day seen people high on drugs and drinking in public behind petsmart

Why does MPD not put traffic signals in flash when road closures are in place?

What sense is there in making people wait at a red light when there is only one direction that's even open?

I feel like MPD used to do this, and stopped at some point :(

**Complaint:**

There's a vicious dog aggressively barking and lunging at the fence along the rail trail. There's no owner in sight, and the fence looks like it won't hold much longer. This is a serious safety concern for anyone using the trail. Please address this before someone gets hurt.

All three buildings starting from the first up to the third house is all drug houses on of them are cooking meth in there apartment then they are selling drugs out of the white apartment building there are kids all in those buildings with people doing dope and meth and coke something needs to be done and one of the apartments are on section 8 or housing...

6:45pm while sitting on our couch we heard a very loud bang as well as several small bangs. Not sure if this is gun shots or fireworks being lit in the area.

Three reckless drivers. Blue Jeep, silver CRV, and black Subaru. Fly up and down Youville street, way over speed limit, none of them stop at stop signs by elementary school. Same house that decided to bring drugs into our community.
