The couple who live in the car are less than friendly. They are never clothed and typically what seems like in my opinion very drugged up.. I passed a lady yesterday as my husband and I were walking and she told us to steer clear because of sexual activity that was happening.     There's a vicious dog aggressively barking and lunging at the fence along the rail trail. There's no owner in sight, and the fence looks like it won't hold much longer. This is a serious safety concern for anyone using the trail. Please address this before someone gets hurt.
