It seems like the city does not recognize this as a driveway because there is clearly a sidewalk with a curb that these cars had to drive over to park the cars inside the yard. This morning the tenants called the cops and had a car parked in what seems to be a legally parked spot towed.

    When the property was purchased they cut down the burned section of the home and never properly refinished the side. All of the debris from that demo live in the driveway as well as building materials to rebuild that were never used. Since then, they seem to be taking appliances and debris from other properties and dumping them here. There are occasionally kids over there playing, but I haven't seen them near the debris.
