City of Manchester - Police PLUS

I am more and more frightened walking my dog on the sidewalk on River Road. The speeding on this road is reaching a very dangerous level. I am sure the speeds are exceeding 50-60mph in a 30mph zone at times, especially after work. All it will take is for someone to get distracted looking at their phone and they will kill a pedestrian. If it would help prove the seriousness of the problem, I am happy to purchase a speed gun and film the rate of speed some of the cars and pickup trucks are driving on this road and send it to you. Please do something before someone gets hurt.

What's with the high speed electric scooter/razor boards. Mammoth road has seen these running at posted speed limits and faster.

In the last month there has been constant drug activity at 145 Massabesic ever since the elderly man that lives there let 3 others stay with him he also has not been seen in over three weeks and he's lived there for a long time one of the persons dealing is a white male mid age short has a goatee in the last 2 hours there has been 40 people that come hand him cash he hands them something and there gone illicit activity aside I'm more worried about the elderly man Steve that lives there he hasn't been seen Steve is a white male apron 73 yes old does have medical issues

Individual riding dirt bike up and down Dunbarton Rd & through side streets past #64 from 1:30-2:00 AM on 7/20/2025, with throttle revved at constant speed. This road is a constant nuisance spot for inconsiderate motorcyclists, both individuals and in groups, riding with throttle wide open at earliest hours in the morning.

Noise complaint. Very loud music.

Homeowners recently acquired 2 small black dogs. The homeowners let the dogs run in the street daily, multiple times a day, to the point where they have almost been hit by cars on multiple occasions. The dogs defecate all over the neighborhood on surround properties. Neighbors have addressed issues to the homeowners and nothing has changed.

Building 15 Apt 6 has a dog that barks for hours on end every single day. I have left them 2 notes, reached out to our maintenance office multiple times and had them contact the owners and nothing has changed. The sound of the dog barking is clear as day in all surrounding apartments and the owners have done nothing to fix this. Very little help from the maintenance team here as well.

well apparently the Manchester police think it's okay to just park your car right in the middle of the road like that and don't do s*** when people call and report it cuz I just watch them come down and not give a s*** that this car is parked in the middle of the f****** road but yet they're going to get @#$% when people start to handle s*** their own f****** way because they never want to take care of anything cuz heaven forbid dad to get their lazy @#$% out of their car Manchester police are becoming a joke and they're the reason why this city has gone to s*** parks and recs should have never gotten rid of the park rangers because they did more at these Parks than the police do
