    why are we allowing construction at St Joseph's cathedral to leave their aerial lift in the road and close a lane of pine Street overnight? there is not adequate notice and signage for a lane closure. there is no reason they cannot move the lift to a parking spot on Lowell Street as they have been doing for multiple weeks when they were working on that side of the building. please address this either with MPD or DPW but a lane closure at 9:30 at night for this is ridiculous.
