there are people blocking off both entrances to the parking lot. it's an open drug use area now with people using needles. someone has thrown up on the stairs. again both set of stairs have been purposefully blocked off with luggage and bikes I'm not sure what the reason is other than to perhaps intimidate people into giving money in order to get through?

The area around Michael's home depot and PetSmart needs some extra attention there is people sleeping around the businesses people just hanging out in cars all hours of the night and day seen people high on drugs and drinking in public behind petsmart

Again I almost hit a e bike going the wrong way one chestnut street that crossed in front of my car as I have green light on Amherst Street. There needs to be a crack down on the people they don’t care.

247 concord at the start floor keeps allowing their dog loose and it to come in my yard and use the bathroom. This has been in issue since they moved in. The dog is constantly running around the neighborhood and have saved it more than a handful of times from being run over! They breed this dog and others and they are all dirty, matter to the skin and covered in fleas! I've contacted animal control about the animal abuse and yet they still have these dogs. They constantly have trash and appliances outside in the alley: their house is also disgusting and a hoarder apartment. This poor dog as you can tell has not had a bath or been cared ffr in a long time! or

Three reckless drivers. Blue Jeep, silver CRV, and black Subaru. Fly up and down Youville street, way over speed limit, none of them stop at stop signs by elementary school. Same house that decided to bring drugs into our community.

Large group of bikers doing wheelie on a public street with multiple other vehicles arounds.This is completely unsafe and reckless behavior when other cars are around.

Isis this type of behavior something that MPD officers are supposed to be stopping?

There are several cars that are parked in the Raco Theodore Park parking lot. They appear to be homeless and loitering.

Man in his blue truck keeps parking in a clearly marked no trespassing parking lot and watching everyone walking by.

Noise complaint. Dog is constantly barking out the window at anything and everything. Owners let it happen daily when the windows are open with no consideration of neighbors. Multiple neighbors are tired of it

There are new tenants in this apartment house that are treating Page Street as their personal race track. Loud exhaust, excessive speeding, peeling out. Fast and furious types. Modded vehicles. Neighborhood has children playing, cyclists, people walking their dogs. Dangerous situation.
