City of Manchester - Police PLUS

This truck is driven by a man and woman who are buying drugs on a daily basis from 135 137 Cartier St. The guy was outside the truck tweeking while the girl went to buy. This neighborhood is sick of people at all hours driving up and down the street and alley way.

At 722 this morning I witnessed the Manchester Police Transport unit use their emergency lights to go through a red light. The Transportation unit quickly flicked on their emergency lights, went around the white sedan in front of them, through the red light and then immediately turned off the emergency lights. I’m asking again for a supervisor to speak with their officers about proper use of Police equipment.

Again with the big ATVs down here coming on the trail almost running people over and nobody's doing anything about this this is getting sickening I know that some of the dirt bikes live on riddle Street either like 28 or 38 I don't remember the exact address but if you turn on to little Street off of Barney Street it is the third house in on your left for the dirt bikes and I'm sure they know where the dude with the big off-road vehicle that you can drive on the road lives cuz they keep coming down here constantly almost hitting everybody with no care in the world they almost hit me again I'm chucking a rock at him

Animal Control. We have a skunk that is frequently visiting our yard behind the garage that needs to go away. If this isn't something Animal Control handles, please provide me with a phone number for a reputable private service. Thank you.

Can we please get some sort of speed enforcement on the end of maple street btw blodget and Webster. Literally cars will go right around you while in a crosswalk at high rates of speed. Feels like highway speeds rather than a 30 mph zone. Much appreciated.

Motorcyclists continue to gather in this lot and the drive across Holt Avenue. I have spoken to the owner of the property and they do not have permission to be there. Most recently this started before 5PM on a Monday when traffic is high and businesses are operating.

Panhandler walking across three lanes of traffic harassing drivers for money. Near St Mary's at Bridge Street at Fort Eddy rd.

An alarm has been going off almost everyday for weeks, regularly at night, next to or near Michael Thomas Salon and Burger King on Second Street. It doesn’t stop for hours and can be heard from the apartments near by. Cannot tell exactly where it’s coming from but it’s been constant and a nuisance. The voice between the blaring horns says “authorities have been notified”

Illegally modified truck with no exhaust. Way over sound limit and keeps revving extremely loud

Large group of bikers doing wheelie on a public street with multiple other vehicles arounds.This is completely unsafe and reckless behavior when other cars are around.

Isis this type of behavior something that MPD officers are supposed to be stopping?

Also, I have seen the same (or similar) group doing wheelies in other locations too, including Elm St on multiple occasions. . ren.,e

Again I almost hit a e bike going the wrong way one chestnut street that crossed in front of my car as I have green light on Amherst Street. There needs to be a crack down on the people they don’t care.
