Homeless EncampmentKinilalaGranite St Manchester, NH, 03102, USA - Manchester
This is the second time I've added this, and I see several others have as well. People taking over the bridge, bringing mopeds and motorized bikes into the rail trail, blocking the path. Someone was openly using drugs yesterday, others walking to and from this bridge could barely stand.
Barely 100 meters after this bridge there are others in the path towards the river.
Please have consistent community policing done in this area. The rail trail is supposed to be a safe activity for all residents and it is getting out of control.

Police (Non-Emergency)Kinilala782 River Rd Manchester NH 03104, United States - ManchesterJust a psa to any single woman or children who play/walk at stark park. There has been this Nissan parked right next to the cemetery leading to the community garden for the last week. The couple who live in the car are less than friendly. They are never clothed and typically what seems like in my opinion very drugged up.. I passed a lady yesterday as my husband and I were walking and she told us to steer clear because of sexual activity that was happening. Just wanted to let everyone know so they can be safe while enjoying the park

**Complaint:**
There's a vicious dog aggressively barking and lunging at the fence along the rail trail. There's no owner in sight, and the fence looks like it won't hold much longer. This is a serious safety concern for anyone using the trail. Please address this before someone gets hurt.
