City of Manchester - Police PLUS

I have complained and posted about this many times the cars speeding down Lake Ave towards Elm St, down Hall Street from Hanover St., towards Massabesic Street, and from Massabesic Street crossing Lake Street onto Hall Street going up to Hanover Street is ridiculous. There have already been 3 accidents Massabesic crossing Lake to Hall. Please set up traps or something. There are families at Harriman Park, and kids everywhere running around. It is going to happen just a matter of when.

For the past few nights somebody living out of their car has been parking across from Webster School, and hanging out/walking to the encampment in stark park at all hours, in front of the students etc.
It is a black car, white hood-crooked license plate. Not sure if this is an enforceable issue, but thought it was worth a look.

Vehicle parked in front of Hannaford in Fire Lane/No Parking zone. Substantial collision hazard and severe risk of injury to pedestrians coming toward and leaving area.

Just an fyi! Owner of this car is living in the encampment in stark park. They show up at 10:30pm every night and stay until mid morning. We see them walk every night down to the park with their headlamps on. Their dog is known to get into our yard and neighbors yard and is not leashed.

Increased drug activity, people nodding out on private property

Cars are refusing to stop at crosswalk at the location pinned. Me, my 1 year old and two dogs almost got hit by a truck while we were already engaged in the crosswalk and the truck refused to stop or even slow down until a car started honking for them to stop.

I feel uneasy and unsafe trying to cross at such a busy intersection. We would like to be able to walk safely in our neighborhood. On many occasions people will just swerve their car into the opposite lane to pass us instead of slowing down or stopping. What can be done to make sure we are safe? h

For the past several weeks, a loud motorcycle aggressively accelerates down Irwin Drive at dangerous speeds (probably 45-50 MPH). It can be heard for quite a while accelerating down Union Street. It’s also disruptive and annoying that it’s always at 6-6:15 AM.

Cars left on street overnight during snow emergency.

Vehicles left overnight during snow emergency. Second vehicle from the front (Grey jeep suv) hasn't been moved for at least the last 2 emergencies.

Speedway on the Nazaire Bridge is a daily problem. Please enforce speeding control.
