Homeowners recently acquired 2 small black dogs. The homeowners let the dogs run in the street daily, multiple times a day, to the point where they have almost been hit by cars on multiple occasions. The dogs defecate all over the neighborhood on surround properties. Neighbors have addressed issues to the homeowners and nothing has changed.

A stole safe is in the Hollows North parking lot

People are constantly speeding up Massabesic Street from spruce Street to summer street they are excessively speeding and recklessly driving including street racing i told one person to slow down he circled around and started cursing at me saying he will do what he wants the way people drive up this street sooner or later someone is going to get hit by one of the speeding vehicles I have asked before to have extra patrols and or traffic division in the area it dont seem to get fixed

Every morning for the past week between 4 and 5 AM, a car makes a couple of very high speed passes down Rosedale, waking up my the neighborhood and causing a dangerous situation for anyone who may be out.

Drug activity, used needles and people handing off suspected drugs

Cars do not stop at the Stop sign at the end of Donald. This has been an ongoing issue with no sort of resolution.

I've seen cars run red lights in front of Manchester PD, only for them to do nothing, so my hopes of this being addressed are low.
