We live on the corner of Essex Ave and Orchard Terrace, by the train station. The rubbish truck did not pick up any rubbish for the 4 houses that put their rubbish out on Orchard Terrace. They totally skipped our street. Will you send the truck back?

We need a special yard waste to pick up on Kings Beach Terrace due to the catastrophic flood on January 13 2024. These bags can't wait until April. Thank you!

There is a house at 5 Fuller Terrace that is a hazard. It's abandoned, in disrepair and full of trash. Rodents can be seen running in and out and it must be a fire hazard. A coyote was seen going inside as well.

Located at the entrance into the woods from the church parking lot. Not sure what the dog owners in this part of town are planning to do with this fecal cache, but it is disgusting. Can you either provide waste collection facilities that are emptied regularly, or somehow deter dog owners from this type of behaviour.

Trash can at Howland Park overflowing. Bad for litter and rats. Please empty!

Trash just off the sidewalk between Vantage condo and STop &shop, there is a mattress in the marsh that has been there for more than a year. Who is responsible for the removal, cleanup? This wouldn’t be acceptable on Humphrey street, or Puritan road.

This property is semi vacant. Weeds are growing inside and outside the backyard covering the sidewalk, also back yard waste is abandoned inside and outside the property, I have seen rats running in and out. Do we have a right to expect that this neighbor keeps his property reasonably clean? Is there an ordinance in Swampscott
that enforces laws about blighted properties that cause general deterioration and instability and substantially endanger the health and safety of residents? This is also a fire hazard.
