    The walk light at the crosswalk across Humphrey has been in location now for more than a year - it was completed with the curb cut work. But I routinely check the buttons to see if the lights are actually operational - they should be by now, but aren't (never have been). This is a major SAFETY issue and should be rectified ASAP.

    there is something hanging down from the electrical line above Stetson ave into Essex st intersection, right on the middle of the road. I might be the plastic (?) sheath of the electric line? No idea if it is live though, so someone should check it ASAP
