    The storm drain in front of 28 Shaw is caving in and getting increasingly worse by the day due to non residents illegally parking on top of it. This is in addition to the entire street needing to be repaved… It would be much appreciated if these concerns could be evaluated.

    The same spot on Banks Ter that I have reported multiple times is STILL leaking and now has an awful sewage smell to it. Today it has been running like a river and the smell is horrible.

    It's actually Phillips Park adjacent to 29 Charlotte Rd. There is a large uncovered hole in the park that was dug some time ago by the town. I just witnessed a child almost fall into it. It is a hazard that could result in a serious injury if left uncovered, especially if someone is walking through the park after dark.

    Storm drains are backed-up and not draining. There is street flooding on Essex St. From Eastman ave to Hanley St. Car wakes are going over the sidewalks.

    There's a fire hydrant on Salem St. near Sunbeam Ln with the main cap broken. Since they can't get the cap off, or worse the large metal nut will be thrown in to the pump because it's dropped inside the hydrant, this hydrant needs to be inspected and repaired.

    The flooding on Stetson during Friday evening’s storm ran off lots of debris from other streets as well as debris that overflowed from the manholes into the street. Can you please run a sweeper in the Stetson flood area to prevent the catch basins from getting blocked up again. Thanks.
