The bushes and trees along the sidewalk have become overgrown, making it difficult to safely walk to school with children and a stroller. If the trees could be trimmed back, it would greatly improve safety and accessibility for families and others using the sidewalk.

Sidewalk was super icy on Burrill side of 256 Burrill. Fell hard walking to the train this morning.

Corner lot at Essex and Burpee has only been clearing the sidewalk on the Essex side of their lot. This is a hazard.

Hi, I previously reported this issue under Issue ID 17654177, but the sidewalk in front of my house is sinking and it creates significant water buildup / ice in winter. This makes the sidewalk not passable. The team closed out my previous issue in the system, and I was asked to contact if the issue persists - it does persist and has gotten worse. I called DPW today and left a voicemail, too. Please advise on next steps as this is a hazard that has gotten worse.

the sidewalk along the water is plowed beautifully in Lynn but that stops in the Swampscott line. when will the sidewalk be plowed?

I am an essential worker. The sidewalks surrounding the train station are not shoveled. The sidewalk next to the inbound parking lot has not been touched since the start of the storm. I had to walk on Burrill street to get to the train. This has been a consistent problem in the 12 years I have lived in this town. What will change this practice? A hip fracture and lawsuit?

There’s a stretch of Sargent rd coming up from Forest that is completely buried in snow and this is a common walkway for kids to get to both SMS and SES. It’s hard to tell who would be responsible for this stretch as it is not directly in front of anyone’s property. It is forcing kids to either walk through waist high snow, or onto the street. Any help with snow removal from Sargent to Forest would be most appreciated!

The sidewalk area where the bus stop is located hasn't been shoveled since the last snow storm. People have to stand in the street to wait for the bus.

The sidewalk strip from the Stetson Ave and Essex St split to the overpass hasn't been shoveled since the storm. Kids are currently having to walk in the street when walking to school.

Crosswalks along paradise have not been shoveled making it even more dangerous than usual to cross paradise and get to the train. Please clear the crosswalks
