Sidewalk is disintegrating and unsafe. Large portion of sidewalk pavement is crumbling and there is a deep depression in another area of the sidewalk.

The sidewalks on 5 Erie street are uneven, buckling with roots and do not promote water drainage to the ONE storm grate we have on the entire street. The side walks need to be addressed and graded in a way that promote good water flow toward that solitary drain. Safety concern. This street has a high water table and many of us are in a flood zone and has not been properly served to manage the ground and storm water.

Town snow plows created huge pile of snow and ice when clearing the intersection of Merrymount Dr and Plymouth Ln. Cannot access sidewalk. Town should clean up and remove the hazard. Town of Swampscott should provide plow drivers with training.

The sump pump from 81 Middlesex drains into the sidewalk making this ice patch. This is the third year I have submitted the same issue. Except that this time, one of my kids who was running around the corner didn’t see it and slipped. They are fine, but how long is this going to continue?!
