    There is illegally dumped trash at entrance to rail trail on Humphrey Street across from Phillips Avenue. Trash included these items asking with a lot of general litter: large, old television, oversized bean bag chair, and office desk. Can this trash be removed by the Town, please?

    Tenant moved out did not empty trash barrel there are rodents and more trash being put there by people walking by.
    Additionally the fridge and other items were left.
    Tenants are also using a recycling bin for dog excrement bags.

    Additionally there is broken lawn furniture scattered across the front of the house not pictured here.

    Still no improvement at 77 Pine St. The trash bags have been sitting on the sidewalk/street since 7pm last night (and once again rodents/animals got into them).

    The maddening thing is the solution is right there in the rear of the photo. Could someone PLEASE stop by there (or get a hold of the property manager) and tell them to use the spare/old barrels to put the overflow bags in, instead of just placing garbage bags directly onto the ground.

    It is obvious the two floors of renters don't care about proper garbage disposal, or the fact they are contributing to the rodent problem on this street. Can the Health Department PLEASE step-in and enforce the City Ordnance on this issue.

    Since the town issued trash receptacles can only hold a week’s worth of trash, there is an additional week’s worth of trash that I did not leave outside for the animals to rummage through. There is still a week’s worth of trash that was not picked up today. I will refill my town issued trash receptacle with this trash so that it can be picked up. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I did not know there would be a pick up today; I would have sat ALL TWO WEEK’S WORTH OF TRASH out on the curb.
