Property owner has made no attempt to remove snow and ice. Please encourage homeowner to follow Swampscott law. Please fine this homeowner. This problem is ongoing.

The sump pump from 81 Middlesex drains into the sidewalk making this ice patch. This is the third year I have submitted the same issue. Except that this time, one of my kids who was running around the corner didn’t see it and slipped. They are fine, but how long is this going to continue?!

Can you please have residents of 153 Elmwood Road shovel and de-ice their sidewalk? Storm after storm and year after year the sidewalk at this location is full of snow and/or ice and is inaccessible and unsafe for pedestrians, strollers, wheelchairs, etc.

The roots from the three trees in front of 25 Lincoln Circle have made the sidewalk a hazard to walk on.

Bench is falling apart at bus stop by the mall entrance. Safety hazard.

Plow ripped up lawn and damaged a sprinkler head. Can someone from the town please clean up the torn up sod so I can repair it this spring? Thank you

This tree extends far onto the sidewalk, and the broken section of the sidewalk at that spot creates a hazard for passing with a stroller. All together on a fast Main Street. Please cut the tree so that the sidewalk is usable.

Gravel path connecting Longwood Drive and Summit View Drive needs repair. Joints are splitting and wood supports shifting. Also gravel needs to be added to path

Deep sinkhole in sidewalk close to telephone pole is still there. It was previously reported and closed out, but is still there and is bigger than when it was first reported in the fall.
