    These 2 photos are taken on February 11 of this year, less than 6 months of bench services. The bench at Windsor Playground should be replaced. It has rust all over the place and due to the fact that it’s iron it’s almost impossible to sit on it in a hot weather, which is most of the summer. It should be replaced with wooden sit and/or moved to a shade environment under the tree or shade should be installed on that area. For kids there is not enough shade place as well - plastic swings and slide is not possible to use during the hot weather. Kids can burn or not use playground at all. Thanks!

    Our sidewalk has become nearly impassible because of a root from a town tree. Im sure it’s a risk for elderly and/or other mobility challenges. The town expects me to clear snow - but that’s nearly impossible and puts equipment at risk. This needs correction.

    Gravel sidewalk disintegrating and fearful that someone walking will get hurt/fall. Lots of pedestrian traffic and children in area.

    A large tree limb was broken off of a big maple tree that is at the corner basically of Cherry Street and Buena Vista. It may already have been reported but I don't know this happened early this morning and I haven't seen any activity down there. Thank you.

    There is a metal rod sticking out of the sand at Phillips beach. It was sticking out about 2 feet. The lifeguard made us aware of it. We buried it under some rocks but could not dig it out on our own. I circled the rocks in the picture under which the rod is now buried. I fear the tide will wash the rocks away.     Sidewalk at Humphrey street and Atlantic ave, near forest st ext, is not shoveled. There’s also no crosswalk here so it creates a dangerous situation trying to get across Humphrey street.

    Sidewalk completely blocked by snow, over a week after the storm.
