Broken sidewalk that continues to deteriorate

There are many places on the very old sidewalk where water/ice pools. The uneven surface has a lot of cracks and mud which makes it difficult for people to walk on.

We are new owners of this property, and we have 2 children. The side walk is absolutely distorted and can’t be used. It provides tripping hazard for the kids and ourself as well as anyone walking on it

Corner of 964 Humphrey St and Harrison Ave asphalt curb was replaced. Looking to confirm if this is temporary or permanent. In addition, the replaced curb could use an inspection by DPW for it does not match the neighborhood and is of irregular size and shape.

Corner of Highland & King Street. Pavement next to tree is cracked, raised, and very uneven - hard to walk, especially for strollers & wheelchairs.

Erosion and snow plow damage have created this hole between the lawn and my driveway at the street entrance. As a result a huge puddle forms in the rain. Also the lawn on the street side is continuing to erode. Please send DPW to assess and fill in. Thank you

The ramp on Kings Beach is in need of some repair.

The crosswalk at the corner of Salem St and Humphrey St needs to be repainted. Someone is going to get hit as the crosswalk is not visible to drivers and children are crossing before and after school

Space between barrier and building is too narrow for wheelchair, stroller, service dogs, and more to make it through this makeshift sidewalk. I was understanding that the business could use the sidewalk for dining but had to safely designate a 36 inch sidewalk around it in the street. This is a popular pedestrian walk way and across the street from MBTA Lot and Station. Would just like to see barriers moved or entryway reconfigured in order to allow those with children and the disabled are able to safely transverse the obstacles that this patio creates.
