    Please please do something about this intersection before there is a serious accident! People speed through this intersection even when the light is red. The timing of the red light is excessively long. Drivers regularly go through the light when it first turns red and also after the pedestrian clears their vehicle, is still in the crosswalk and the light is still red. There should be more police enforcement, shrubs in front of 748 Humphrey should be trimmed for better visibility and the timing of the red light should be decreased immediately. It also seems that a flashing pedestrian light like the one at Salem Street and Humphrey would be more effective at this location. There should also be two regular traffic lights where Humphrey and Atlantic come together - - one on Humphrey (at Forest Ave Ext) and one on Atlantic.

    The crosswalk & light by the basketball courts has been an ongoing issue. People are speeding thru red lights when people are standing in the crosswalk ready to cross.
    This is of significant concern as children use this crosswalk and light cross as they come and go from the park.

    I travel this road daily for work. In the morning, there's nobody coming out of the Whole Foods plaza and the light on Paradise Road turns red for no reason at all. In the afternoon, the same thing occurs. It DOES seem to work when vehicles are positioned to exit the plaza, but sometimes the crosswalk signal engages when nobody is even close to the signal. There's no pedestrians in the area. Is it possible that there's something lodged in one of the crosswalk buttons? It backs traffic up for no reason at all. Please check and fix. The traffic flow would be a lot better through that traffic signal if you fixed it. Thank you

    Blighted property 29-31 Suffolk Ave. This property is semi-abandoned (teenagers/young adults in and out occasionally). The attic window has been wide open for 10 years. Owner is no where to be found, over grown grass and bushes, I've seen many critters around the property. This has been a blight on our neighborhood for many many years.

    I filed a complaint about my next door neighbor in July of 2023 and again in November of 2023 in regard to the lack of upkeep of the proper gas well as the blatant disregard of picking up their dogs waste in between our two properties.As you can see, there are several examples of dog waste, some of which are actually on my property. This not only is inconsiderate but a health hazard. My wife spoke to one of the occupants about this matter and she disregarded it saying, “ I work 24/ 7 and my mom has cancer.” I would greatly appreciate the matter being addressed since this is my third complaint. In addition, the occupants have an unregistered and uninsured vehicle that has been sitting on their front lawn for well over a year.

    This property has been abandoned for some time. When I walk my dogs in the evening I typically see a rat or 2 scurry towards the house (disgusting) I can only assume this is a health and safety issue for the neighborhood.

    Constant re-placement of huge dumpsters in driveway for past 3 years (no permits), trash constantly left out all week, no upkeep or maintenance of lot, 2 pigs on property, massive rat infestation. Entire neighborhood has complained about the state of this unsafe property in addition to numerous calls to police for domestic disputes, noise and rodent complaints. We do not feel safe outside in our own neighborhood. I have already had to pay for pest services on my own property, but that does nothing when they continue to breed and feed them across the street. My next step will be looking into private nuisance violations. In any other town or city this property would be in violation of so many laws. Many of the neighbors on Valley Road are ready to seek the help of an attorney.
