    The pathway from the Philips Park parking lot to New Ocean House beach has a trench in it from the rain water which makes it difficult to get through with a stroller and a beach wagon and the growth at the end of the path where it connects to Puritan Road is overgrown, making it difficult to see cars and for cars to see pedestrians. Thank you! Hopefully this can be attended to.
