    Hi, water consistently puddles in sidewalk preventing pedestrians from walking. 79 year old mother and 80+ year old neighbor have to constantly walk around and risk slipping as it ices over in winter. Second issue is the water collecting on street in front of house.

    The sump pump from 81 Middlesex drains into the sidewalk making this ice patch. This is the third year I have submitted the same issue. Except that this time, one of my kids who was running around the corner didn’t see it and slipped. They are fine, but how long is this going to continue?!
