This needs to be fixed immediately as it is a hazardous condition for a driver to fall in the hole.

Potholes and rough road surface before and after 13 Buenavista.

There are pot holes spanning the entire length of Lombard Terrace. These potholes have been apparent and growing for the last few years.

There are 2 large potholes and several surrounding small ones on the street

This is more than a pothole It's too low and water stands until it dries Looks bad and could breed mosquitoes

Road has potholes, ruts its awful and shouldn't be in a community of this nature pls repave it to enhance the area for all thank you

Very large pothole along with a series of smaller potholes. Located closer to the right gutter in front of 165 Redington Street where the stop sign is.

This has been there since the end of winter. Previous repairs to the street were done during the spring. Not sure why this was not taken care of.

There's a giant pothole in front of the entrance to the parking lot at the YMCA in Swampscott on 50 Blaney St.
