    There is no handicap friendly access, or stroller friendly access to Eismans Beach. There needs to be a ramp with a railing or some other solution to accommodate.

    The sidewalk in front of 76 nason road has a large pothole that is roughly 6" deep. It is a fairly significant tripping hazard and I have seen many runners, students and other pedestrians fall over as a result of not seeing it or trying to avoid it. In addition, the curb is completely mangled and falling apart. 2ft chunks are rolling around loose and more pieces get ripped up every winter by the plows.

    Hi, I recently bought in Swampscott on 77 Blodgett Ave. The Insurance inspection of the house was totally fine but they found a 'tripping hazard" out front on the sidewalk. A town tree has caused the sidewalk to pop up. Could you please take a look at when you can. Thanks Bob MacAulay
