Town of Swampscott PLUS

The cracks in the sidewalk are a tripping hazard. This is a popular sidewalk as kids walk to school along here. Cars park on the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street so it has double the usage.
I have seen 2 people trip and one kid fell of his bike because of the deep cracks. Please expedite this request. It has been reported in the past as well. Thank you,

Lack of curb and resulting errosion

The sidewalk from Hawthorne Crossing and Stop &Shop surface is a tripping hazard, needs to be replaced. Someone is going to trip and sue the town. Also the marsh area on this side is littered with trash, some being there more than a year, who’s responsible for the cleanup, the town or the owner?

Snow/ice mounds on the corner of the crosswalks to Hadley school. Sidewalk also not cleared in front of YMCA/St John's property on Blaney St.

There is water leaking out of the stone wall at 15 Mountwood constantly. It leaks onto the sidewalk and road causing ice daily.

Tree out front, we have tried to add it to the list of dead trees the town needs to take out, many times....sidewalk is all cracked and bubbling up because of roots.

Tree roots have expanded onto the sidewalk and has caused someone to trip. There are two areas in front of my house that has this. I’m concerned this is dangerous and can cause injury.

it is impossible to walk, push a stroller or shovel the snow off of this stretch sidewalk.

The new plastic swings installed last year are splitting from the bolts.

Tree roots making sidewalk very uneven and impossible for kids to even ride their bikes on the whole left or odd numbered side of the street making them want to go into the street. Very dangerous.
