Previously repaired area of sidewalk is crumbling.

After the second snowstorm this year, the residents at 17 Ocean Ave have once again not cleared their sidewalks. Every other home on the block has cleared their sidewalks. This is dangerous for pedestrians. Please plow your sidewalks.

Large rock (not mine) impeding on safe passage of sidewalk.
I don't know where this rock came from. When the snow melted it appeared.
This rock is on the Walker Rd. side of 15 Mountwood Rd. Too heavy to lift.

After I shoveled out my driveway with a bad back and pain in my arm - the nice DPW truck came at 4:13PM and moved an ICED bunch of pile in my driveway. I have a video of them doing it as well. Very much appreciate their hard work on the streets but would appreciate even more to respect peoples hard work as well and pay attention to where they are putting the snow ESPECIALY ICED PILES. PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG. How am
I supposed to clean this now?

Please remove huge snow mound that was piled at 43 Lexington Circle.

Water randomly pours/gushes out of a hole near the bottom of the wall which drains to the sidewalk. I reported it in the winter because there was a sheet of ice 2-3 inches thick about 8 feet long. I was told it was probably ground water or snow melting. I would like it checked out again now that there is no snow.

Sidewalks covered in snow, students have to walk out in to traffic to pass going to and from high school

This isn't really a sidewalk issue. The shower and foot wash at Phillips beach isn't working.

There are weeds along the sidewalk at 440 Humphrey St. near the gutter that looks like a total disgrace and public works needs to come down and take away the weeds that are growing on the sidewalk

Dirt has washed out more than half the sidewalk. Request that the dirt be removed from sidewalk. Thank you

The sidewalk is in need of repair.
