Old oak at 515 Puritan Road has some dead branches that need trimming. I made a request in the fall, so I am following up.

Hi I previously submitted a request for this issue and have called several times since January I have not heard anything back, despite my last request being acknowledged, and this gigantic finally broke off in the middle of last night Fortunately it did not appear to damage any buildings, and nobody was hurt I believe this tree (and several other concerning large trees with dead branches) is on town property PLEASE let me know how to deal with these issues in a more timely manner - it is frustrating that this happened after 5 months of trying to prevent this exact problem

One of the new gates at the front playground at the new Swampscott Elementary near the basketball courts is broke

It is over 1 year later and problem not addressed and roots traveling closer to the house.This matter needs immediate attention since same problem getting worse.

Rail trail needs upkeep/trimming

This has been reported multiple times. Great-tree does need pruning but there is a large branch completely broken off stuck up in the tree. I can’t believe it hasn’t fallen yet. This is a DANGER to the community. Time to actually DO SOMETHING! My neighbor also called the DPW 2 weeks ago with ZERO response.

The tree caught on fire when the telephone pole went down last night We continue to believe it is a significant fire danger

We have a sick tree in front our house which most likely fall on our neighbor's driveway. I noticed that the base of the trunk has a new crack and the tree has lifted on two sides which results in leaning towards my neighbor's yard.
I had another large maple fall on my house a few years back so this is the second beautiful tree that might be lost. How could we get new trees planted in place of the one we lost and now might lose another?

Can the homeowner at 138 Puritan Road be asked to trim growth that makes the sidewalk impassable?

Two trees are overgrown. The branches are hanging so low that walkers need to duck. Also the owners are unable to see the street from the house.

Last night the telephone lines running through this tree in front of our house fell causing the tree to catch fire. Given the proximity to our house we’re deeply concerned this is still posing a danger.
